July 4th week

 100% Bradley There is a cunning plan to have all of us doing the Bradley thing without us even noticing, so come prepared to embrace this radical regime.  2025 Moving South at Flanagans Back to Flanagans . Roadwork is not quite complete. Forecast says cool with wind chill & wind increasing so tog up accordingly. After some checks of our plantings & the two Acacia saligna , the main focus will be moving south in Coupe 1 , with those born to chop moving into Coupe 2 . Asparagus experts still have a lot to do in Coupe 1 & Morning Glory over/through Lomandra is never ending. Bring your bags & I'll bring extras to leave for WCC  to pick up. The following Monday (4th August) we'll be at Hewitts Ck with the usual shift followed by our Annual Foundation Picnic (11th). Quiet Little Drink  If you arrive early and bring a spade we can dig out that bike. Down along  Woodlands Creek is a weed forest (inc.  Montbretia and Bidens Pelosa ) so that's where tomorrow's first worksite will be except for those we delegate on a mission into WARC territory to deal with other miscreants on the way. There are also some small jobs in the  Blady Grass  areas inc.  Purpletop , Fleabane  and the occasional  Lily .  Some struggling plantings needing TLC +water At  Manifest Destiny  there needs to be some selective track clearing to access the Madeira Vine  around and under the cardboard. Stone  Road/Boge Massacre sites have scattered  Purpletop .   2025 Flanagans Creek   We have been officially authorised to begin work at Flanagans Creek & we are part of the New Imperialist Zeitgeist imperilling the Old World Order, and we start tomorrow.  Sale of the Sanctuary A big yellow sign has gone up at the top of the Stony Rd rise, seeking expressions of interest In the purchase of 2 Panmills Dr lots...... & 20 Amy St, a tiny 320sq m house block (yet to be WCC approved), the wagging tail of the 7000sq m along the west edge of our Bushcare site stretching back to McCauleys Beach Estate. The future has arrived! Most of the work will be in Manifest Destiny / Lisa's Site: chopping Cassia & Asparagus along the ditch (if not wet/flooded) Cardboard contributors can spread their wares near the creek, having removed Madeira first Honeysuckle , Privet ,  Cassia on  Lisa's Site Watering newest plants if no rain tonight Jane Gower may lead a Briza Grass bag & exterminate unit in the Blady Grass area .  You will also find Formosa Lilies emerging.
