About us

We are volunteers who regenerate and care for natural areas on community land.
Locations that bushcare groups work at include creeks and wetlands, rainforests, the escarpment, coastal dunes and headlands.

At Hewitt's Creek, Thirroul we look after the surrounds of the creek, the edge of McCauleys Beach and the sides of part of the cycleway.

We meet every Monday at 9am for 2 hours. (8:30am in hotter months).
Our meeting point is the southern end of this bridge.

Three of our boundaries are easy to work out; the beach to the east, the Hewitts Creek bridge to the north and SPATE to the south.
